Can aynone name some good introductory works on formal grammars in the framework of Chomsky Hierarchie?

since nobody answered my humble question, i will do it myself. "Introduction to Automata theory, languages and computation" by John E. Hopcroft et al. deals with formal languages and their grammars (or vice verse - formal grammars and their languages Laughing )

Yes, Hopcroft and Ullman are the most cited, apparently.
